US spot Ether ETFs see 2nd-biggest inflows on record as ETH nears new high
US spot Ether exchange-traded funds (ETFs) recorded a remarkable $729 million in inflows on Wednesday, the second-largest daily inflow on record, following a record $1.02 billion influx earlier in the week. The recent surge comes as the price of Ether approached its all-time high, surpassing $4,700 for the first time since November 2021. The latest inflows reflect a significant increase, totaling approximately $2.3 billion over three days. Notably, BlackRock’s spot Ether ETF was a major contributor, attracting over $500 million, while Fidelity’s Ethereum Fund saw inflows of $155 million. This marks a continuous streak of seven days of inflows, amounting to a total of $3.07 billion. Analysts suggest that momentum in the Ether market is growing, with Ethereum’s recent gains driving heightened interest and investment in spot Ether ETFs. As of the latest data, Ether traded at $4,744, only 3% shy of the previous all-time high.
