OranjeBTC to Become Brazil’s Largest Publicly-Traded Bitcoin Treasury Firm With B3 Listing
OranjeBTC, a Bitcoin-focused company in Latin America, is set to go public on Brazil’s B3 exchange in early October. Holding 3,650 BTC valued at over $400 million, OranjeBTC will become Brazil’s largest publicly-traded bitcoin treasury firm through a reverse merger with Intergraus, a listed prep-course provider. This move positions Oranje among the top 25 corporate bitcoin holders globally and aligns with its strategy to aggressively expand its BTC reserves. High-profile investors backing the project include Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss and Mexican billionaire Ricardo Salinas Pliego. In addition to its treasury operations, OranjeBTC plans to launch a financial education platform focused on bitcoin and crypto, utilizing Intergraus’ existing infrastructure. The firm's public listing aims to foster growth in the local crypto landscape and improve financial literacy regarding cryptocurrency investment.
