SharpLink Gaming, an Ethereum treasury company, has added around $252 million in Ethereum to its holdings, bringing its total to approximately 797,704 ETH valued at $3.6 billion. The Minneapolis-based firm purchased 55,463 ETH at an average price of $4,462. SharpLink aims to reach a goal of acquiring 1 million ETH, with roughly 79% of that target completed as of now. The firm raised about $360 million through its at-the-money facility for these purchases and maintains significant liquidity for further acquisitions. Despite a 7% decline in its stock over the last month, SharpLink remains focused on enhancing long-term value for its shareholders while supporting the wider Ethereum ecosystem. Ethereum's current market performance shows it down by more than 2% in recent transactions, with some analysts suggesting its pullback offers a favorable entry point for investors, projecting a potential recovery and increased value by the end of the year.
