Ethereum Classic, Litecoin, and Bitcoin Cash have experienced significant price increases following XRP and Bitcoin reaching new all-time highs. Akshat Vaidya, CIO of Maelstrom, suggests that the surge in these older cryptocurrencies may indicate the onset of an altcoin season, though a full altseason for newer tokens may still be awaited. Ethereum Classic rose by more than 20%, while Litecoin reached a four-month high. Bitcoin Cash also saw a 6.4% increase but remains down considerably from its previous all-time high. Vaidya emphasizes that the rise of familiar altcoins suggests a rotation of capital, with Bitcoin's market dominance dipping above 60%.
