Cathie Wood’s ARK Invest has further invested in Bitmine Immersion Technologies (BMNR), acquiring an additional $15.6 million worth of shares. This transaction elevates ARK's total holdings in Bitmine to over $300 million across its three funds: ARK Innovation ETF, ARK Next Generation Internet ETF, and ARK Fintech Innovation ETF. This move reinforces ARK Invest's strategy of betting on disruptive technologies. The firm's investments in Bitmine can be interpreted as a bullish bet on Ethereum, as Bitmine’s holdings are now nearly half the size of ARK's investment in Coinbase, which stands around $676 million. The shares of Bitmine, however, have seen a slight decline, finishing at $46.03, despite being 490% up year-to-date. Bitmine also reported a revenue increase of 67.5% year-over-year for the recent quarter, further underscoring its growth trajectory.
