Aptos has experienced a significant surge in real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, exceeding $540 million in total on-chain assets, a 57.1% increase over the past 30 days. This growth stems from traditional asset managers such as Berkeley Square, BlackRock, and Franklin Templeton utilizing the Aptos blockchain, placing it among the top three networks for RWA deployment, following Ethereum and ZKsync Era. While Ethereum leads in RWA with nearly $7.6 billion in assets, its growth has slowed, recording only a 5.4% increase in the last month. Additionally, the state of Wyoming has shortlisted Aptos for its stablecoin pilot program, focusing on a dollar-backed stablecoin initiative aimed at enhancing blockchain innovation and creating revenue through U.S. Treasury bonds. The Aptos blockchain received high technical scores for its performance metrics, confirming its suitability for these institutional projects.
