1. Focus on Green Energy Development

Naidu emphasized the importance of promoting green energy and hydrogen as key development priorities for Andhra Pradesh. He indicated that the state aims to become a hub for green energy, supported by both the central government and significant investments. By prioritizing sustainable energy solutions, the state is positioning itself to attract future investments and create jobs, ultimately contributing to the broader goals set by the Paris Agreement.

2. Investment in Infrastructure is Crucial

Naidu highlighted the ongoing investments of approximately 2 lakh crores in infrastructure projects across Andhra Pradesh, specifically in green hydrogen and rail infrastructure. He mentioned that these investments are part of the efforts to rejuvenate the state’s economy and facilitate sustained growth. A robust infrastructure will be essential for supporting industrialization and fostering a business-friendly environment.

3. Aiming for Double-Digit Growth

Naidu asserted that despite temporary fluctuations, India remains the only country poised for double-digit growth in the near future. He expressed confidence that with stable governance and strategic investments, Andhra Pradesh could achieve sustainable growth rates of 15% or more in the coming years, thereby overcoming the challenges posed by previous governance issues.

4. Skills Census to Enhance Job Opportunities

The chief minister discussed the implementation of a skills census aimed at understanding the job market and equipping the youth of Andhra Pradesh with necessary skills. He forecasted the creation of 20 lakh jobs over the next five years, indicating the commitment to generating employment opportunities across various sectors in the state, particularly in technology-based roles and industrialization.

5. Commitment to Job Creation in Green Energy

Naidu asserted a commitment to generating 10 lakh jobs within five years primarily through the green energy sector. The focus on clean energy jobs reflects a forward-thinking approach, recognizing the need for sustainable employment opportunities in a transforming economic landscape. Furthermore, his initiatives also extend to promoting entrepreneurship and technological innovations.

6. Investigating Contractual Obligations

Addressing concerns regarding past government contracts, Naidu mentioned that an investigation is underway related to the Adani controversy. He emphasized the need for concrete information before taking any corrective actions, implying a cautious and systematic approach to governance. This illustrates a commitment to transparency and accountability in the state's dealings.
